The economic prosperity and stability of a country depends upon the stability of the legal system of a country. From crime laws to business laws the formulation of every law refers to the acceptance of the population mean of a given country imposing the bill to the congress and senate consecutively. As the process of making one law passes an intensive debate to develop a logical essence to the general public, careful analysis of the law considering the cultural background and moral values accepted in a given society is necessary.

ASEAN law development must comprise the 10 nation's national laws synthesizing the core and practical aspects that may be useful to the whole ASEAN members. Compromise is the key to a successful ASEAN law integration. The process of creating an ASEAN law is a continuous process allowing each member country to present and represent their own accepted national laws. Inclusive to these national laws are the obsolete bills create for the purpose of defending one ASEAN country member to another. Old national border laws maybe ratified due to its obsolescence in nature. Immigration laws and economic laws affecting international trade must be strongly considered to encourage more physical movement of business across the borders.
As ASEAN involves greater aspect of International Treaties, ASEAN law must have a greater reference from international laws. Referring from the political move of President Benigno Aquino the III towards Mindanao, improving the economic activities in Mindanao and easing the political insurgencies is a positive indication of right Civil and Moral Law integration towards the given society. In a bigger view as the ASEAN countries collaborates, civil and moral laws compromise is needed to attain common grounds and smoothen the economic transaction flow across borders. Furthermore, litigators are needed to face the new challenges of ASEAN economic laws. A peaceful ASEAN needs new civil and moral laws to prepare the ASEAN people in coming ASEAN society.
