From the Egyptian era to present time the fundamental tactical strategy of military is the element of surprise were one party is unaware of the event that will happen in its territory or vicinity.   

This technique is always conceived by scientist on how to upgrade the technology of surprise to the national defense department.  At this time Hyperstealth Biotech Corp is creating a stealth technology not in airplanes anymore but rather to the human soldiers itself, they even name it the “The Invisibility Cloaks of Harry Potter”.   Now my analysis will focus on the after effect of the technology because so far there are no exact scientific details given to the general public as to how the technology will function.  

 But in spite with our slow scientific twitter feeds; we can now imagine the future of tactical reconnaissance.  If this stealth technology is available to every defense department throughout the world I can just imagine the ghostly characters of soldiers going around the corners of our country of responsibility without noticing them.  Police department may even use the technology and thieves will not notice that the law enforcers are coming to catch them. With the new tactical concept, law enforcers have the upper hand to advance and surprise the lawless element in a given country.  Thus, the next task of the lawless element is to counter attack the technological advancement of the “Stealth Cloak”.  The cracking of the code to allow the human sample wearing the cloak to be visible with the naked eye is the next technology to be discovered.  

 To what extent thus the biotechnology allow to cheat the human naked eye.  This technology inclines more on the biotechnology engineering rather than the plain mechanical engineering we have before WW2.  But why national defense research today are more inclined towards bioengineering rather than mechanical,  This concept points to the idea of maximizing the human resource of the national defense of a given country allowing lower casualties and improving the tactical defense of a given tactical personnel.  To the extent of my imaginations, defense personnel in the future will not only use the “Stealthy Cloak” but rather transform their persona into different mutants specializing certain tactical skills to outperform other normal human defense force.   

The concept of mutants or what we scientifically known as the human mutation fundamentally started from the cell mutation of cancer cells that by nature cancer cells will abnormally transform not like other normal human cells, having said that some cells will abnormally transform; bioengineers are starting to create a technology that can discipline a group of abnormal cells or should a say create a distinct formation of cell group. And what is interesting with this bioengineering is that the mutation of cells is rapid that even the human eyes can see the actual change of physical human figure.   

 At this stage of high technology application in the defense department, maximizing the defense potentials of the defense force is extremely incomparable with the defense personnel we have today.   The technology advancement of defense is not more on its mechanical robotics but with its human robotic infrastructures, this road to technological tactical defense will advance the defense system that even the general public cannot notice the physical movement of the defense team.
