Almost all students these days are using laptop computers for their university requirements and research.  As the internet will dominate all aspects in life, significance of internet in education is a vital requirement.  Thus, in order to be considered as an international university one must consider the educational knowledge connection of students to other universities worldwide.  

 One way of connecting to other  universities in real time classroom activities is by group teleconferencing, this classroom activity will require one representative of one university to act as the moderator of the teleconference event discussing one  subject area and will maximize various opinions from universities around the world based from the cultural background of the student representing the university.

Hence, the integration of computer usage in the classroom will expose the students to the next generation of education.  From UNESCO down to the local government educational program, the framework of the education system requires a hundred percent computer usage and literacy. With the support of the RMUTT “U town Center” students will have the advantage to have special price discounts to almost all items purchased by the students.  As a matter of fact, almost all the universities in Thailand now has computer stores to give a special price for students lower compared from the original supermarket price.  This International & national requirement in education is a significant step in accomplishing the qualification framework both the International and national level.
