They said it’s
cheap and easy to use. The new Asha software platform of Nokia is already off
the market but the question remains; can Asha software platform dominate the
mobile software industry platform?
Taking into account the new model phone of Blackberry Z10 that up to
this time it is still in the market introductory stage. Almost all the innovation in mobile technology
is already exhausted that in the consumer point of view, the mobile buyers are
still waiting for the reasonable mobile product that they can purchase for
their virtual life.
On the other hand,
Asha of Nokia is an affordable product that the general public can affordably
acquire. If we consider the applications compatible with Nokia Asha we can definitely
think back of iOS and Android platforms that the applications are enormously
offered to its consumer. The Smartphone buyers
of today are smarter enough to think before they are going to buy the
product.
Asha software platform of nokia
needs to prove first its consistency and relevance to the internet community. Again, I will say that mobile internet
platform is the next hub for e-marketing therefore software platforms being
used by mobile phone companies is an important aspect to be considered. Nokia Asha must prove first their product sensibility
and usability before they can get the “cash cow” market monopoly.

“We also get the question, “why not just make Lumia devices cheaper?”, the answer is simple. We designed the Nokia Asha 501 to provide a great experience on low hardware at an incredibly low price. Lumia is Nokia’s future. If it were to bring that experience to low-end devices, like you see on low-end Android, the experience is terrible, and it ruins the integrity of a brand – which is the last thing Nokia want”
