Societies Behavior in Social Media; is There any Difference? : Harvard Research Review

The new social media culture encourages some researchers to study the behavior of people online.  But to my intuition I can say that behavior of people online is different from the actual off-line lifestyle of consumers.

Though, virtual social behavior connects towards the online customer ordering products via online, but maybe there are possible slacks between the online and offline observation.
The video depicts the research from Harvard University in the field of Social Science specifically the Virtual Social Communities.

POSSIBLE INFERENCES:

  • Do you think the behavior of offline and online social behavior is the same?
  • Do you think online social behavior research is only good for online products or online stores?
  • In the future, do you think market research analysis can be divided into two divisions the offline market and online market social behavior?
