After the life service of Masayoshi (1980), it’s so
inspiring to read the epilogue of his civil service in his country Japan. During 1978 up to 1980, Mr. Masayoshi helped
the government of Japan in various ways.
One of the programs that Mr. Masayoshi reconstructed is the fiscal
policy of the country. More to that, he
also reorganize the government of Japan and improved the educational system and
the advancement of Japan’s industrial sector.
Mr. Masayoshi was born during the time of Meiji Era (1868-1912). And pursue
his educational career during the Taisho era (1912-26).
During his early years in public service he was able to
forecast the future of Japan’s standard of living. He considered the advance technology of
America and Europe that in a few years Japan’s technological advancement added
to the overall economy of Japan. He is
also particular in knowledge procurement and maximization in improving the
future of Japan’s population.
International trade problems came during the time of the world oil
crisis, during that time he was able to manage the supply and demand of oil in
Japan allowing International partnerships and mutual exchange of national
economic resources.
Having said that Mr.
Masayoshi is an efficient government manager, his management formulation is to
be simple, efficient, and small government.
To define the term “Small Government” it implies to the circulation of
communication and hierarchical dissemination of government orders in a simple
and direct manner. Mr. Masayoshi further
implemented the qualitative wealth management instead of quantitative. At this time the products of Japan dominated
the world market especially to the industrial and machinery products.
As such, the world starts to believe and buy
the idea that Japanese products are having a world class quality. Gaining the world’s consumer market’s respect
needs time and effort to leverage all the countries expectations. Up to this time global consumers still
believes in the products made by Japan.
Above all, Mr. Masayoshi establishes the “Faith” of the
people towards the country. From that
cultural redesignment, the general public of Japan changes their government
perspective into a more nationalistic behavior resulting to a positive output
of national income and reputation.
