HR’s Role in Operations Management; Business Organizations must Collaborate with Academic Institutions
Taking a break in translating and fusing journals and its
statistical content, I want to share one research journal that is deem relevant
to the latest functions of HR in the direction of Operations Management. Most of the HR findings continue to imply the
continued human resource training to upgrade the company’s efficiency in
production and marketing operations. The
future directions of HR must reflect to the actual program of the whole HR
department.
Operation’s Management on
the other hand relates to the actual business operations of the organization that
usually requires technological advancement to conserve time and maximize
profit. With this notion, continued
advancement of organizational equipment’s must relate to the knowledge of the
whole HR departments.
Hence, if the present
knowledge of the Human Resource cannot meet the advancement of technology being
acquired by the business organization; tendencies are, product output is still
lesser than expected. The high
percentage in risk for financial and product output is still a problem if the
HR knowledge upgrade is not well groomed.
In the years to come, constant collaboration of academic institutions
and business organizations must tightly cooperate for the sake of continued HR
training and the actual case samples from the company’s recent business problem
for academic analysis.
