My Review of Research Literature for the Day: Systems Perspective on Work Organization affecting Marketing Management
In an organization work design is a relevant aspect to harness
internally before the business organization can effectively function its role
in the society. Employee’s morale must
have a solid framework to establish a positive mental perspective and be able
to function well with the customers and counter parts alike.
The operating environment being suggested as
a work system is engulfed with three business environment such as strategy,
operating environment, and culture. With
these outer-consumer environments, the business organization must consider the
HR work system with the basic four components.
To be able to function effectively; technology, leadership, management policies
and practices, and the people is the main components of the work system.
If proper work system organization is being applied in the
company, a work system will always
emerge as a reflection from the inner and outer customer behavioral environment. Archetypal work system may emerge as a system to
follow, but organizational HR patterns may sometimes differ in nature subject
to the environmental determinants of the whole business organization.
