Reading from several research journals for the day inspires
my ongoing research proposal in the field of marketing and human resource affectivity. Several theories are deemed useful to the
given dependent and independent variables but to my concern as a research
professional, I would like to share the importance of Team Guidelines to be
followed by the members of the team and the leader as well.
The Theory of Kaplan and Norton regarding the Balance
Scorecard is one of the many Theories being mentioned in team, leadership, and
human resource management as a whole.
Proper positioning of the Vision and Mission of the business organization
will reflect to the guidelines being followed and practiced by the sub-groups
inside the organization. Marketing performance
of the organization will reflect from the synchronization of the sub-group’s
focused task and skills.
