As International Business continues to flourish
exponentially, third party businesses are also gaining huge amount of profit
globally. Take for example in the
business field of Logistics or commonly known as the 3PL, global logistics
services are slicing a huge chunk of profit in International Business.
As communication is the
most important tool of International HR, Language synchronization and other HR
practices must be standardized. Take for
example this common International Exams like TOEFL, TOEIC, GRE, SAT, GMAT, etc.
these standardized test will determine the examinee’s International
Communication capabilities as capacity to handle business communication, for
example.
Service oriented businesses of today are intensively
integrated with HR services strategy. This
concept arises from the concept that “product value” can be more expressed if
the HR participation is customized and individualized. As to prove this fact, US economy of today is
more dependent to their Service Economy oriented system. From computer aided services to the individualized
consumer service, American consumer market is so inclined to business service
applied in the day-to-day marketing operation.
At present, global marketing operation is still considering
American Standard of Marketing as the benchmark in measuring the services
rendered to the consumer. Therefore, HR
educational background must be standardized in accordance to the background and
practices of the educational institutions.
HR global reform will always start from the educational institutions
echoing its knowledge to the domestic operation of any given MNC and maintaining
the highest esteem and standard of the International Company given.
