Year after year the evolution of world politics is keeps on
changing in a global setup. During the
time of World War 1 and World War 2 dramatic change of political events reveals
blatantly across the globe that world and International ethics is being
violated. In the brink of regional or
world conflict, International political & ethical standards may sometimes
neglected in a sense that accumulated human anger will burst as a nation’s
voice and military power.
On the
contrary, nation’s ideologies will vary with other nations creating a vacuum of
political notions and ideas that will eventually spark a world conflict. If we can still remember our world political
history, World War 1 & 2 just started with geographical conflicts with small
countries around world big nations. The
main conflicting issue is the National Sovereignty.
As of today, the conflict in Ukraine and
Russia, North Korea and South Korea, China against Philippines, Japan, and
Korea are all related towards national border issues and National Sovereignty.
As to the conflict of Russia against EU and US, Ukraine’s strategic
location is suitable for the economic oil pipeline highway going to
Europe. This political case resembles to
the case of Georgia and Kuwait in the Middle East during the time of Saddam Hussein.
On the contrary, the pacific countries are occupied in
defending their respective territories for business strategic purposes. The Scarborough Shoal in the Philippines is
rich in minerals and energy related to natural resources that other countries surrounding
the region will envy the rich resource island.
As 2015 is approaching, International Policies and Laws are subject to
its revisions to strengthen the connectedness of nations through business
negotiations and treaties. These
historic treaties “maybe” will stay for another few decades in the policy table
before another chapter of International Law and politics will change. Noting the similarities of Kuwait, Georgia,
and Ukraine case scenario; border disputed cases involves huge economic
advantage and disadvantage of a country.
So the question will prevail, what will be the dominating world policy
that we are going to follow after 2015?
2016 is a year of new business and economic opportunities that most of
the old and corrupt way of governance will totally be obsolete. With the emergence of Internet and Free Media
Blogging, political interconnectivity is a possible scenario in the
future. With the case of Russia against
Ukraine, Putin is not threatened with the military infrastructure of Ukraine
but rather the power of the people to manipulate the International political
communication around the world. New
world order comes not by military infrastructure but by the power of the people
to accumulate as one single ideology.
As
such, United States of America and the EU group of countries are not hesitant
to declare sanctions against Russia in the world court due to the solid political
evidence that Ukrainians are claiming their national sovereignty. In the case of Russia’s business outlook,
Ukraine and Georgia are the exits of the oil pipelines of Russia going to
Europe and the world. If Ukraine and
Georgia will continue their political advisory relationship with the EU and the
west, Russia’s business communication morale will decrease and the west’s
dominance in the region in terms of economic and military will continue to
strengthen. But as the evolution of
political policies continues to change around the world the unique structure of
people power will always threaten Autocratic style of governance since the dawn
of national and International Politics.
