Conceptualizing the actual problems of society today requires enough scientific analysis to fundamentally come up with scientific solutions and avoiding long term negative effect of the society’s problems. The conceptualization of the problem and relating it to the conclusive paradigm and theory requires a thorough research analysis and peer reviews to acquire the at most logical model creation.
As of today ASEAN and Asian countries scientific social
research needs to be encouraged in order to produce scientific information that
will serve as the basis for both government and non-government social
management. Many Universities in Asia
and ASEAN region did not find the serious relevance of higher education
scientific research applied in social governance. Indeed, American society has the most advance
social organization through their government even though US is comprise of
different cultural background. New
trends in society may be a problem but social observation and research can
perceive the conclusive theories that can serve as a guideline for social
governance.
As a fact Deductive and Inductive reasoning from the
