Freedom is the ultimate goal of every human being and their respective cultural group were the actual meaning of democracy defines the satisfaction of fulfilling the wants of an individual that may sometimes hurt other members of the cultural group and creates a cultural feud or faction. Many countries around the world haven’t fully implemented in their national government policy the democratic form of government knowing that forming and governing the national interest reflects not only to the theoretical background of democracy from an academic and philosophical point of view but also the cultural background of a given country.
Per se, many countries around the world
embrace the other system like federalism form of government to diversify the
system to its cultural background and evolvement in sub cultural group from a
given region. Sometimes copying the
system of democratic form of government from other countries for example may
not be suitable to another country knowing that each country is distinct in
nature when it comes to political governance.
Many 3rd world and emerging countries are trying to copy
their political governance pattern from the 1st world countries in
which it resulted to an awkward and premature kind of democratic system that
sometimes the local governments that will implement the system in an actual
manner will experience negative feedback and sometimes negative effect to the
community which resulted to injustice and uncontrollable public chaos. Some philosophical authors discussed the
negative effect of democracy used not from the cultural background of the
country or the present accepted norm of the country.
The Academic journal of Tom Ginsburg
published by Cambridge Publishing in titled “Judicial Review in New Democracies
Constitutional Courts in Asian Cases” portrays several judicial case incidents
that fair and just democratic governance and law creation starts within the
realm of the congressional body that represents the sub-group of each regional
location in a given country. The constitutional
court further discusses the importance of one bill to another by scrutinizing
the author’s background of intentions and the benefit not only to the
sub-regional group but rather to the whole country’s law implementation. In this manner regional lawmaker
representatives are always in an inclination of creating a law that will help
and enhance the living conditions of their region being represented. According to the literature of Tom Ginsburg,
Freedom is also in a manner of sovereignty of the individual and the whole
nation itself. The parliamentary
procedures in respecting the sovereignty notes every regional sub cultural
background in reference to the bill submitted by the local government.
Judicial review and revisions are also necessary to upgrade
the existing law towards the new standard of living of a given community or
country. In manner like these reviews
and revisions are actually finding the evolution
