Freedom is a broad term were many political leaders around the world are using the ideology of freedom in a different context. Misleading the usage of such term may spoil the political and organizational setup of any country. As of today many countries such as Philippines is practically using the full democratic form of government but as you look at the whole of Asia, Philippines is one of the economies that is struggling to sustain its GDP. So where is democracy now? Do you think that freedom and democracy is not congruent to the Filipino culture or the present government is just misusing it to curtail their personal interest towards the country?
To some Filipino citizens, freedom is the food in the table or the
financial capacity to finance any hospital bill that will occur anytime to a
person. Where is democracy during the
rally of the Kidapawan farmers? Things are becoming murky when it comes to the
true definition of freedom now a days.
As we open our minds outside the realm of the definition of freedom we
can gradually integrate concepts and ideologies from other political and
philosophical theories from the past. As
we all know that civilization change its nature and behavior so as to the
political and sociological nature of public management.
New Synthesis of Public Administration (LSE)

Public management imposing theoretical
ideologies must consider the evolution of the actual present civilization. The faculty of political science must
consider the combination of theories from the past and integrate that of
today’s actual public management. Many
countries who are experiencing positive satisfaction rate of its people are not
following the absolute definition of democracy like US. Take for example the country Switzerland and
its public medical program to its citizens are far more lucrative compared to
other countries. Likewise, the free education program of Germany is an
advantage not only to the citizens of Germany but its generous program reaches
to the less fortunate countries with lucrative human resource potentials. All of the above is an example of using a
combination of public management technique with higher positive output. For countries like the Philippines and other
emerging countries, is it high time to execute a constitutional change to
re-organize and calibrate the public administrative system?
