CRIMEA: War, Politics, & Plunderers

Historic wars like Crimean War prints a lesson to the many political analysts and economist around the world, that the start of the war that ignited the war in the Black Sea against the Russians and the Allied forces and the Ottomans will surely give many sidetracking studies as to how civilization evolve through the years. The most amazing part of these war rallies is when the leaders who acted as the starters of the war will manipulate the minds of the common citizens alluring them of colorful and lucrative political promises from the start. The oppressed and uneducated will hope for the better society but the greed and hunger of power will fuel the brutality of wars in Europe and the world at large. The role of the Ottomans during the time of Crimea war unleashed the power of the might of the Ottoman Empire and the Turkish in Europe. Later the war in Crimea was dragged towards the religious war between the Russian orthodox fanatics and the Islamic Ottomans.

The aggressive stance of the Russians allows other countries to ally with the Ottomans and Turkey during that time. The England and France joined the bloody war in the Black Sea allowing many casualties during the historic war. One most exciting part in the war in Crimea is the attitude of leaders of nations at that time that during the survival of war and tactical warfare, leaders can’t avoid the plunder fueled my greed and hunger of power. Many leaders became dictators that ruin not only the opposing country but to his countrymen itself. War and Power are far more defined to the famous War and Peace of Leo Tolstoy. During the time of the Crimean War poets and writers are with these armies to record in a colorful narrative way the bloody events occurring in the borders of the black sea. The English Navy who is famous in the oceans during that time always won the battle in the seas of Europe. The French likewise take part in the offensive against the Russians. But one part why the Russians failed the many battles in Crimea is when their allies in the region of Europe started to deteriorate. When greed and hunger of power start to fuel the political and military looting and plundering not only to their opposing enemy countries but with their own countrymen itself. Thus, many war rulers like Mussolini in Italy was clouded with his unreasonable concept and ideology that turns his lucrative purpose into a horror. Take for instance when the Russian starts to attack their Ottoman enemies and the Turks in the region their ally did not consider them to enter the region due to betrayal and plunder. But with the many battles, they initiated during that times the Russians again formulated a military offensive in other regions.

Even though the Russians has their orthodox crusade against the Ottomans their war campaign is not comparable with the allied forces and the ottomans. British, France, & Turkey on the other hand creatively organized their alliance with the thought that the brutality of Russian will finally invade not only Crimea but Europe at large. If we consider the political and military offensive of Russia at that time it will signify that invasion through military might is in their adrenalin but to the effect of its countrymen and the opposing citizens in the other country will loyalty and morale towards the government are deteriorating.

In the thought that the EU is trying to unite the countries in Europe and eventually the countries in Asia which will comprise in majority the Euro-Asia region would you think that these are all far from possible knowing that the historic war in Crimea will signify that War is fueled by culture and beliefs and in the case of the Crimean war everything is fueled by their national beliefs and religion. On the contrary, one of the reasons why some of the allied member countries also join the war campaign is the thought of occupying the holy land of Jerusalem.

With this given reason it will boil down to the various religious beliefs that everyone country is following as their moral fundamental background. At present, ideology substituted religion in the reason for war. Capitalism and Communism invaded the minds of the scholars and the general public from the great creators of the various ideologies who created before. The ideology of Mao that he inherited from the teachings of Marx ruined the innocence of the Kingdom of China during the last emperor. The promise of Mao radiates to the hearts and minds of the many people in China that in the end cruelty and barbaric practices consumed the soul of the people of China. As a result, America tries to contain the belief resulting in many wars in the Pacific including the famous war in Vietnam.

Emergency UN Security Council meeting after Russia seizes Ukrainian vessels off coast of Crimea

Until today the mirror of war scenario during the Crimean war will reflect the present political conflict in the Pacific. Those leaders in the Pacific that are possessed and sold out to the “religious” belief of communism or capitalism still has the tendencies to abide with what is in their subconscious minds at the moment. If you consider the land dispute during the Crimean war in the black Sea invasion by land grabbing is also a common act that Plunderers and looters try to trade their native land just to survive during the war. But lest we forget with the few good men in the history of war who initiated the new order in Paris during the time of the Crimean war. Peace talks had been going on already around Europe at that time when resources are scares and the supply and human resources in the military starting to decrease in power and capabilities. But the complexity of war and negotiations during the time in Crimea is a challenge to the whole of Europe. As of today the war and the possibility of war in Europe will always look back from the historic war of Crimea.

Do you think that Russia of today has the capability to invade Europe? Remember during the time of the Crimean war Russia ended their offensive war because of the peace negotiation plan in Paris France. If we can compare also the war of Russia in Central Asia their invasion in Afghanistan and other depressed countries in central Asia will show that during the Crimean war their might in facing the many battles in the black sea will signify their capabilities to face the next challenge of war in the century.

With the heating political tension of the Pacific of today what would be the role of Russia in the conflict in the Pacific. Who would be the ally of Russia? If you can consider the Crimean war most of the factors why the war was ignited it is because of the of the territorial dispute and land grabbing. Until today Crimea recently still have the dispute in terms of political territory in Europe against their long-time enemy in terms of the land dispute. I would like to commend the heroic stance of Justice Carpio in terms of the right ruling of the International court in terms of the disputed islands in the West Philippine Sea. His recent diplomatic report in terms of the international political stance of the Government of the Philippines presented the valid terms of the disputed island against China. Like Crimea smaller countries with closer geographical location with bigger countries like the Philippines has the tendencies of the political conflict in terms of the land territory. The historical presentation of Carpio will show the legal premise of the Philippines in terms of the right legal ruling of the International court that by allowing China to advance their territorial grabbing in the South China Sea it goes to show that it will not only affect the Philippines but also other neighboring countries like Vietnam, Indonesia, and other ASEAN Countries. The slow diplomatic invasion of China will reflect of the war in Crimea when the allied forces also fought against Russia where you could the conflict of today will mirror the conflict of the past and the geopolitical situation of Crimea will also reflect the struggles of the Philippines against China granting that China is having the parallel might in terms of their Navy. But as always, the allied forces will have the upper hand in defending the smaller countries. As what justice Carpio says in his speech that regardless of the love of United States to the Philippines still the US will impose the maritime ruling in Europe in terms of the West Philippine Sea because the case is not about the Philippines but because the final ruling is to adhere to the mandatory international ruling of the international maritime laws. The conflicting part of the Philippine sea dispute and Crimea from then and now is the legal references that the respective countries are basing.

Even the international court will rule out in favor of the smaller countries still the hungry might of the bigger country will naturally resort to aggression and war same what happen in Crimea before and yesterday. Same with what happened as well in the Philippines. Like Crimea war is inevitable that during the war of Crimea and the allied forces their religious war is still pointing to the holy lands in Jerusalem. But gladly France, England, and the Ottoman Empire are liberal in terms of their beliefs both in religious and ideological beliefs. Likewise, the Royal Navy of England will always be the King of the ocean and the seas since before the Crimean war and during world war 2 with the Germans and the Japanese. Now that the Japanese are allied with the Americans in the conflict of the South China Sea would it be possible that the strong Navy of Japan, England, America, and France will dominate in the South China Sea and the whole of the Pacific granting that what defeated the Russians before is the might of the allied forces not by one country alone. Is the Philippines the new Crimea that causes the war of the world? That depends only to the plunderers of our land that since before the Republic of the Philippines and even Crimea people who sold their country for the hunger of political power and money are the causes of defeat in their motherland.
