The future of mankind is such a challenging narrative and its odyssey that everyone tries to ponder and create concepts since the time of the Cognitive Revolution 70,000 years ago. As humans we try to put colorful stories in the different areas of our global culture. From villages, dynasties, Kingdoms, & the modern liberal capitalism of the United States our perspective of humanity are so complicated at the moment that the acquired beliefs since the start of Homo Sapiens are entangled with other beliefs that we forgot to remember that we are simply homo sapien naked in the forest billion years ago armed with the thinking and logic of our human mind. We just invented fire but today humans are equipped to create nuclear technology. On the contrary, beliefs in politics and religion tested the outmost logic ability of mankind that shocked mankind from 1500-1900.
Many historical war both political and religious made mankind think more what is really good for our global community. Thus, from cognitive revolution we tried to upgrade our intuitions towards Agriculture and scientific revolutions. With these three sections of our civilization as homo sapiens we are able to upgrade our living that gave our human race both good and bad. To understand in detailed the odyssey of our global civilization I would like my reader to review the three text of Yuval Noah Harari that I also mentioned in my previous blog article (https://avantgardebyryanf.blogspot.com/2018/09/yuval-noah-harari-academic-god-of-21st.html ) The brief history of humankind written by Yuval is a fundamental information that everyone specially in the academy to consider as the scaffolding of study in human history and philosophy related to business and economics. Thus, the thesis of this blog directs to the academic forecast of George Friedman in his book “The Next 100 Years a forecast of the 21st century”. His sub topics of the book connects to the recent political dilemma affecting the overall global society. As such, when I’m reading this text I can always ponder the fundamental nature of mankind written in the books of Yuval, Pinker and Dawkins. The political dilemma that captures the preface of the writer directs to the conflict of business trade with China and America that radiates the concepts of Graham Allison in terms of the comparison of the business and political war of China together with the US and the ancient war of Athens in the Mediterranean. The current rise of Chinese economy is also a discussion in the writings of Friedman that it will give both positive and negative in terms of the result of the negotiations of the two economic super power of our present time.
The entangled and conflicting political relationships of nations in Asia such as the conflict of China and Taiwan will affect the dormant conflict of the two Koreas and other ASEAN countries. The forecast of the author drives as to the “whole new world” in a concreate and the real dilemma both economic and political conflict of our present world and beyond. 2020 and 2021 will predict the result of the negotiation of China and the fragmented political problems of the muslim communities in China. Likewise, the challenges of America towards its negotiation with Mexico will affect greatly to the old agreement of NAFTA that gives a great contribution to the economy of US and Canada. In this book war is defined in many hypothetical ways that war will relate to the survival of humanity. The rise of Europe specifically Turkey will differentiate the equation of EU and Russia in the geopolitical conflict in Ukraine.

At present US Secretary Blinken is exhausting his negotiation skills to calibrate the EU political relations together with the pacific countries. It is very challenging to unravel the cultural politics of the different regions of the world and the future of our human civilization. Furthermore, the text emphasizes the cravings of mankind towards science and technology that this aspect of our culture augmented the technology of warfare since the time of Da Vinci. Today warfare technology not to mention the nuclear technology is a symbol that humans can think and create the highest potential of science and technology sometimes forgetting the values of our human culture. If technology and science will be misused in the whole new world of Central Asia and beyond technology and science will bring either prosperity of humans or disaster what we commonly know utopia and dystopia. Indeed, the role of United States is vital to the future of Central Asia just like its role in the Suez and the Pacific. Thus, India and Pakistan play a vital role in the negotiation outside US to tone down the military presence of China near the Himalayas. This Central Asia is still elementary in their politics and diplomacy where border control is still hard for international management in terms of business and politics to monitor.
The shift of business in Central Asia will further create a unilateral challenge to the countries in central Asia itself and the participating countries that will invest in its economic projects. Russia on the other note is a huge capitalist in Central Asia since the time of the cold war. Afghanistan is one country that both US and Russia is grabbing the local political loyalty that its influence towards India and Pakistan will resonate to the whole of central asia. The supply of oil in the arab countries is not enough to fuel the cravings of China in its massive industrial consumption that by passing the south china sea going to the arab world for oil energy is but a challenging political negotiation for Secretary Blinkin. The escalating tensions in the Balkans and Ukraine at the moment will divide the attention of US and its allies on how to balance the negotiation resources and deals for the prevention of further conflicts and war escalation. The participation of the modern arab world such as the kingdom of Saudi and the rest of UAE is a vital economic and political positioning in Central Asia. Their monetary capital will add to the capital resource of the many projects in central Asia that will resonate to the modern stock market of NY and LSE.

And lastly, the space exploration challenge of many leading nations of the world that in the writings of Friedman he exponentially over think the concept into a huge space war in the future if mankind and the politicians involved in the world negotiating table will not give concern to the fundamental needs of our common society. Furthermore, by 2050 Friedman further commented on the involvement of US, Turkey, & Japan as the new great power. These powers involve the technology power of nations in the future merged with the modern biotechnology engineering being materialized by many leading high technology countries of today. Thus, the pressure of political alliances is vital for the future of humanity and the prevention of war and its political escalation. By 2080 Mexico will play a big role in our world economy like China and India. ASEAN as the food basket of today will play a huge role in the supply chain of food throughout the world. But all these political challenges that relates to our economic lives will depend on our present leaders how they setup their political negotiation plots that will adhere to the peaceful process of political negotiation. Failure to format the negotiation sequence will unravel the old cultural conflicts of our world that is deemed irrelevant to our present human survival and the future. If Aladdin is having this world political dilemma of today, how can Aladdin show to his princess the beauty of the new world? In utopia or dystopia? As humans we have nobody to blame but us humans.
