Marketing Technology 5.0 and the Convergence of Human Resource Activity In A Fast Moving Economy: Ectolife Baby Industry

 

The predictive intuition and prediction of Kotler as a marketing scientist proves that technology and the overall internet ecosystem are in a movement towards a more collaborative activity between humans and machine. As I emphasize in my recent blog (New Earth and the New Global Economic Civilization: From the old Silk Road to the Digital Silk Road) that the economic movement in the new Silk Road needs the aid of internet technology as the catalyst for the different cultural backgrounds in the region of central Asia and the world. Thus, the literature reviews of Kotler from internet 2.0-5.0 and now his recent publication is discussing about internet 6.0. The series of academic thinking of Kotler proves that later in the new economic world in the new digital silk road convergence between humans and machines specifically internet related technologies is an essential to the survival of human society since we discovered the technology of cutting tools and fire. In the aspect of marketing technology business will be faster and more accurate which will cut huge amount of cost and maximizing profit. In my previous blog 4.0 I emphasize economies or countries that are not adapting the new internet trends in business and logistical program according to 5.0 economy. These countries that will not adapt to the new internet business civilization will eventually be obsolete in the world society. To give an analogy, comparing the country of Cuba and its neighbor United States of America, you can clearly see the difference between the two economies. The cars running along the streets in Cuba are all mechanical in general but if you go to united states all most all the cars are in the latest upgraded version manufactured by the most advanced industrial manufacturer. Adaptation of new technologies integrated in the economic mobility of a country will allow the living condition of the general public healthier and more prosperous. And all of these concepts are the core concepts of advancing of technology since the technology of penicillin and hybrid corn seed. Without the invention of “Hybrid genetic engineering” in agriculture, humanity will experience famine and death across the world. On the contrary, with the abundance of food and sugar industry humanity also suffered new sicknesses that cause suffering and death. With these regard new pharmaceutical inventions and medical science will answer to the emerging diseases across the globe. 

 The balance of economy between the industrial technology and the negative effect of the high technology products towards the organic human body is a progressive challenge for the global leaders in addressing the comfort of the results of their social engineering. Thus, Kotler emphasize the subtopic in chapter 4 the digital divide when some countries will not accept the digital order applied in governance and business operations in a nation. Economic superiority in a given country will be from the data intelligence of the companies and the government of the country. The SIGULARITY era according to Kotler in chapter 4 creates a cyber world that will make the stakeholders of the given government more centralized and distinct in answering the needs of the specific citizens in need of help. Governance and private company management can collaborate were in public & private collaboration in addressing the publics civic needs is but easy to analyze with an exact interpretation according to the right time. 

 But on the contrary Kotler further mentioned the obsolesce of some jobs in the global market. Just like before the personal computer was invented, a company must hire many secretaries to do the typewriting job. But today, with the personal computer the job of one secretary today can cover the five or six secretaries before. Which means that with technology in business communication jobs will be easier and the human resource can accomplish more task resulting of lowering the overall cost of the company and highering the profit. Having said that, although many jobs will be obsolete new kind of jobs will emerge as well. In these sense, educational upgrade in terms of the specific task in the SBU in a given company will create a specific skill and knowledge that will require collaborative experiments across the globe using online communication incubator to experiment the new knowledge by the SBU or the focused group. This block chain of new knowledge can be relevant to other operational problem of both private and public institutions.

But still the digital divide according to Kotler will still exist. 5 billion internet users as of 2020 and this figure continues to grow at a rate of 1 million new users per day. According to Kotler’s finding that by 2030, there will be more than 8 billion internet users globally, which accounts for more than 90% of the world’s population. Indeed, we can realize the “DIGITAL SILK” will lessen the burden of the business operations along the old silk road. As China is revitalizing the economic and political relationship along the silk road from Europe to Asia the digital ecosystem can be a huge business ecosystem to collaborate business operations communications in a faster way from Europe down to Asia.

INERTIA OF DIGITAL LIFESTYLE:

The wave of digital usage of human population around the world is similar to the age of radio and television. People is starting to get used to the digital life they’ve started since the 90’s and early 2000. Marketing 5.0 or the industry 5.0 on the contrary is more relevant in the society since the pandemic of covid 19. People in general start to make sense of the importance of computer communication lifestyle. The medical protocol of social distancing made the internet useful in connecting the economic mobility of the country and the world at large. Digital transformation I should say that it is transforming the way of life we are used to. But the philosophical question will point to both negative and positive effect in civic life. Some writer intuitively discussed the whole philosophical framework of internet in a dystopian perspective and some to a utopian perspective. But still all in all the digitalization integrated in the human lifestyle at present will never go back in time of radio wave era. World War 2 communication used radio and television technology to disseminate political propaganda while private companies tried to advertise their new discovered consumer product technological advancements discovered during the war and after the war. 

 Thus, in chapter 5 of the book, Kotler emphasized the readiness of organization for the digital ecosystem of the business operations management inside the ERP system. ERP system management is the key to success for the private companies in the long run. Thus, in chapter 5 Kotler used the compounded words “Digital-Ready” which in my line of thinking organizations should be ready in the next era of human communication technology used in the whole economic movement. Interacting with these digital organizations, in a consumer point of view creates a havoc of cyber knowledge that by maximizing these avalanche of knowledge needs a high technology machine learning to be able to discover new knowledge related to the business operations that will later create a blockchain of idea inside the servers of the companies. These blockchain of ideas can be monetized in the aspect of research companies. Research knowledge accumulation can be stored in an online library of the company specific to the SBU practices of the manufacturing database. Having said that, my previews few sentences wrote will all relate to the idea of Kotler in chapter 5 the digital-ready organization. This is just the beginning of the new era of AI or artificial intelligence that humanity haven’t seen in the human history. As what I’ve said new job requirements will emerge while some job specifications will also be obsolete.

A very important discussion of Kotler in chapter 5 discussed about the “Customer Digital Readiness” (Figure 5.3, page 75, chapter 5). Being digitally ready is very easy for B2B or the business conglomerates as a whole. Even the government will require all the business organizations in the country to be digitally ready. As you can see the diagram in (Figure 5.3) Digital Readiness by Industry this is including all the ministries of the government, which means civilization will be all automated to speed up capitalism and economics. Indeed, implementing these in the government organization towards the private company’s operation will be easy. But the consumer or the general public who will be the last and most important recipient of this digital economy is the most challenging one. To convince the public to use internet technology for datafication and national order is widely accepted to human philosophical views. But this public reactions towards new technologies introduced to the people is not new between the relationship of technology and general population usage. 

There is always a transition period for the scientific world and the people of the government and even private companies marketing department to educate or we commonly call that in business marketing education “introduction stage” during the launching of any given new product. In a wider scale of 5.0 economy usage, the people still needs the transition period to get used to the internet ecosystem. But considering the history of humans, technology is always the aid of humans to survive. From Healthcare and food industry together with the housing ministry of the country, technology and social management will always go together to preserve human lives in a given civilization. Furthermore, Kotler emphasized in chapter 5 HOSPITALITY AND HEALTHCARE INDUSTRIES. With the opening of the new silk road and the fast mobility of the new digital silk road hospitality industry is always together with international business since the olden times of trade. Today the introduction of online lodging marketplaces such as Airbnb have put marketing pressure to the main stream hotel business. the evolution of hotel industry and business marketing will connect the notion of Kotler in terms of the hospitality and healthcare evolution of technology. digitalization of hotel information are already syncronize with the airline industry today. Moreover, the international healthcare industries are practicing the air ambulance system to answer the complex concern of medical time management. 

 Doctors today can manage their medical cases with the help of medical online communications using their private ERP system with the SRM & CRM functions along the medical supply chain. All these distinct industrial supply chain functions given can operate their own industrial operation and at the same time this can connect to other industries that will relate to the next economic function for the given civilization for example. To give an example, The hospitality and healthcare industry using ERP system can collaborate its ERP system with the government ministries for example to cooperate with governance with the country. Taxation, police security, and other services executed by government towards the private companies would be more easier to collaborate. On the contrary Kotler also considers the investment capitalizations of businesses towards the right internet infrustrure for the company. Industrial Operations and the purchasing process of the internet infrustracture gave many conglomerates today a dilemma in financing and capital investment if the project is not well managed. Big data infrustructure needs a thorough operational research to minimize the cost and maximize the profit. Up until today these famous conglomerates are still adjusting the cost minimization for the best operational output of the whole supply chain. Indeed, the challenge of the new digital silk road will be a new jungle of both business and technology. New opportunities, organizational strength, marketing weaknesses, and market threats will arise that not only the classic SWOT analysis can academically observe the market situation but latest theories in business are needed to answer the current challenges in e-commerce along the supply chain and ERP system.

In chapter 6&7 Kotler discussed the convergence and singularity of humans in the economy both in private and public sector. In chapter 6 human-like technologies is used as a key word for Kotler to show that technological machines powered by AI in the future will merge a natural human machines in the economy. Thus, this is a very challenging philosophical view in which a lot of hollywood movies are already created a dystopian fictional movies plot showing the disadvantages of integrating robotics and AI in our society. Thus, as I mentioned in my previous paragraphs that acceptance of the different cultural groups around the world molded by national cultures are but very hard to synchronize the understanding of AI and the society. The ectolife for example is a new human making industry powered by robotics and AI syncronized with medical science. Philosophically inthe fringe of ideas we can say that these artificial baby production is but reasonable now a days since our world population are disapearing due to climate change viruses and bacteria’s strong evolution. Humans are dying that the natural human womb can’t perform its natural functions.

As what I always emphasize in my prevous blog that human needs to survive and gain space with the wild of this world ecosystem. Before we fight with dragons and dinosours, but now we fight with viruses and new deseases that medical science can’t even catch up the latest findings for the cure. Thus, the technology of ecolife baby industrial manufacturing is the breakthrough for medical science industry and the whole hospitality and medical pharmaceutical industry. 

According to Kotler’s thought that machines are cool and humans are hot meaning these two when become one will give the world another perspective of science and human race as a whole changing the philosophical & cultural perspective of humanity towards medical science. Finally, we can already conceptualize based from my example above that economy and human society will soon enough be all automated for the reason of sustaining the existence of human in this earth. We are born in this cosmic world hundreds of years ago and we need to survive as a specie using our intelligence applied in science and technology that by then we already tested our human intelligence since the discovery of cutting tools and fire. Our human intuations and inferences will guide our logical decisions formalized with the modern science mathematical functions that can be utilized in any academic field of practice in our society today. Thus, Knowledge Management Hierarchy in figure 7.2 page 113 will program the knowledge pyramid of our human society in the Economy 5.0 or what Kotler used in his book Marketing 5.0 .
